子宫动脉栓塞术后不孕治疗、妊娠及分娩的临床管理经验

子宫动脉栓塞术是一种微创且有效的治疗症状性子宫肌瘤的方法,但其对生育能力、妊娠过程及产科结局的影响仍存在诸多争议。

本文报告一例因子宫因素导致不孕、接受子宫动脉栓塞术后出现卵巢血管非靶向性栓塞并发症的女性患者的妊娠及分娩临床管理过程。在接受激光光谱检查评估子宫内膜状态并进行恢复性治疗后,患者成功自然妊娠。妊娠过程出现流产威胁、宫颈机能不全、正常位置胎盘早剥,并于孕32–33周早产,产后伴持续性阴道出血。

有必要开展进一步研究,以评估女性在接受子宫动脉栓塞术后的长期生殖结局,并制定诊断和预防性治疗方法,以降低并发症风险。本研究结果可促进改进对出现此类并发症患者的管理策略,并为制定治疗策略提供依据。
