Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of environmental changes and nutrition on women's reproductive health. It reviews numerous studies related to this topic, focusing primarily on the relationship between environmental quality, including air pollution levels, and women's reproductive health. The paper discusses the impact of endocrine disruptors found in polluted environments on early menarche and other reproductive dysfunctions. It examines the role of nutrition in reproductive health, particularly in the context of chemical additives and pesticides present in food products. The study reveals the significant influence of environmental factors and nutrition on women's health and emphasizes the need for further research in this area. This review provides new perspectives for developing strategies to improve the living conditions and nutrition of pregnant women.
