To provide a rationale for prescribing pharmacotherapy and determining pregnancy management strategies, it is essential to obtain objective data on blood pressure changes. The aim of this review was to summarize the scientific data on the use of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in obstetric practice. The review is based on an analysis of publications retrieved through a selective search in PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, and RSCI databases. Evidence shows that using ambulatory (daily) blood pressure monitoring in pregnant women enables the collection of accurate and reliable data on blood pressure changes, facilitates prediction of the development and course of preeclampsia, and helps prevent the unjustified use of antihypertensive drugs. At the same time, further research is needed to assess the economic feasibility of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in obstetric practice, develop preventive treatment strategies for hypertension in pregnant women, and design devices that are as convenient as possible for patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>При ведении беременности важное значение имеет контроль артериального давления, которое может меняться в течение суток по различным причинам. Для обоснованного назначения лекарственной терапии и определения тактики ведения беременности важным является получение объективных данных об изменении артериального давления. Цель данного обзора — обобщить литературные данные о применении аппаратного мониторинга артериального давления в акушерской практике. Обзор основан на анализе публикаций, полученных в результате выборочного поиска в базах данных PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar и РИНЦ. Показано, что использование в акушерской практике аппаратного суточного мониторинга артериального давления у беременной позволяет получать точные и достоверные данные о его динамике, формировать прогноз развития и течения преэклампсии, предупреждать необоснованное применение гипотензивных лекарственных средств. Вместе с тем необходимо продолжать научно-практические исследования по применению аппаратного контроля артериального давления в направлении экономического обоснования использования указанного исследования в акушерской практике, разработке превентивного лечения артериальной гипертензии у беременных, а также созданию максимально удобных для пациенток приборов.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p>在妊娠管理中，监测血压具有重要意义，因为血压可能因多种因素在昼夜间发生波动。为了合理制定药物治疗方案及确定妊娠管理策略，获取关于血压变化的客观数据尤为重要。本文旨在汇总文献资料，探讨动态血压监测在产科实践中的应用。本综述基于对PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar和RSCI数据库中相关文献的选择性检索结果进行分析。研究表明，在孕妇中应用动态血压监测技术可获得血压变化的准确可靠数据，有助于预测子痫前期的发生和进展，避免不合理使用降压药物。同时，仍需进一步开展科研与实践工作，包括产科领域动态血压监测的经济可行性评估、妊娠期高血压的预防性治疗策略制定，以及开发对患者而言尽可能方便使用的监测设备。</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hypertension</kwd><kwd>ambulatory (daily) blood pressure monitoring</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>аппаратное (суточное) мониторирование артериального давления</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="zh"><kwd>动脉高血压</kwd><kwd>动态血压监测</kwd><kwd>妊娠</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Tshaj VB.
