Blood samples were collected immediately after birth, using the BD Preset™ system. No later than 10 minutes after blood sampling, the study was performed using the ABL 800 BASIC gas analyzer.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Results.</italic></bold><italic> Comparison of 18 average indicators of oximetry and electrolytes revealed statistically significant differences in the norm for six of them: pH, pCO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic>, p50, Hct, FHbF, cK</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic> (p</italic> <italic>&lt;</italic> <italic>0.05). In the blood from the umbilical artery, there were increased pCO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic>, p50, Hct, cK</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic> and decreased pH, FHbF compared to the blood parameters of the umbilical vein (p</italic> <italic>&lt;</italic> <italic>0.05). There were no differences in the level indicators pO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic>, ctHb, sO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic>, FO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic>Hb, FCOHb, FHHB, FMetHb, cNa</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic>, cCa</italic><italic><sup>2+</sup></italic><italic>, cCl</italic><italic><sup>-</sup></italic><italic>, mOsm, ctO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic> (</italic><italic>р</italic><italic> &gt; 0,05).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Conclusion.</italic></bold><italic> The obtained data showed that there are differences between the indicators of oximetry and the electrolyte balance of blood from the artery and vein of the umbilical cord in the case of independent delivery in time without complications (p</italic> <italic>&lt;</italic> <italic>0.05), which should be taken into account when assessing the condition of the newborn.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Цель исследования</italic></bold><italic> — провести сравнительную характеристику показателей оксиметрии и электролитного баланса артериальной и венозной пуповинной крови в норме.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Материал и методы.</italic></bold><italic> Проведена оценка образцов крови из артерии (n = 42) и вены пуповины (n = 42) у 42 новорождённых после естественных родов, произошедших в срок при неосложнённом течении беременности. Забор образцов крови проводили сразу после рождения ребёнка, с использованием системы BD Preset™ . Не позднее 10 мин после забора крови производилось исследование с использованием газового анализатора ABL 800 BASIC.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты. </italic></bold><italic>Сравнение 18 средних показателей оксиметрии и электролитов позволило выявить статистически значимые различия в норме по шести из них: pH, pCO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic>, p50, Hct, FHbF, cK</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic> (р &lt; 0,05). В крови из артерии пуповины наблюдались повышенные концентрации pCO</italic><italic><sub>2</sub></italic><italic>, p50, Hct, cK</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic> и пониженные — pH и FHbF по сравнению с показателями крови из вены пуповины (р &lt; 0,05).
