The article discusses new data on the involvement of insulin-like and vascular endothelial growth factors in the pathogenesis of PCOS. The study of their role is relevant and promising task.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Изучение различных механизмов патогенеза синдрома поликистозных яичников (СПКЯ) показывает многофакторность его развития с вовлечением многих органов и систем, а также факторов роста, которые принимают активное участие в процессах роста и пролиферации как нормальных, так и патологически изменённых биологических тканей, в том числе и яичников, не только при СПКЯ, но и при эндометриозе и опухолевых образованиях. В статье обсуждаются новые данные об участии инсулиноподобного и сосудистого эндотелиального факторов роста в патогенезе СПКЯ.
