Of the 195 patients included in the study, long-term pregnancy occurred in 38. At the same time, immediately after FUS ablation, without prescribing additional methods of treatment, 7 patients became pregnant. Given the high frequency of additional surgical treatment methods (conservative myomectomy, hysteroresectoscopy), as well as additional procedures for FUS ablation, this method, despite its high efficacy in treating symptomatic myomas, cannot be recommended by us as the only treatment for uterine fibroids in women planning a pregnancy.</p>
Учитывая высокую частоту проведения дополнительных хирургических методов лечения (консервативная миомэктомия, гистерорезектоскопия), а также дополнительных процедур ФУЗ-аблации, данный метод, несмотря на его высокую эффективность при лечении симптомной миомы, не может быть рекомендован нами в качестве единственного для лечения миомы матки у женщин, планирующих беременность.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>uterine myoma</kwd><kwd>ablation of myoma nodes</kwd><kwd>organ preservation treatment</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>миома матки</kwd><kwd>аблация узлов миомы</kwd><kwd>органосохраняющее лечение</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Verkauf B.S.
