Reports on the use of vitamin D in pregnant patients are scanty. This review of literature describes the specific features ofphosphoruscalcium metabolism during pregnancy in health and hypoparathyroidism and discusses problems of therapy for this conditions and the safety of calcitriol during gestation and breast feeding.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время не существует четких клинических рекомендаций по ведению пациентов с гипопаратиреозом. Работы по применению препаратов витамина D у беременных немногочисленны. В представленном обзоре литературы рассматриваются особенности фосфорно-кальциевого обмена во время беременности в норме и у беременных с гипопаратиреозом, а также вопросы лечения гипопаратиреоза, обсуждается безопасность применения кальцитриола на протяжении гестационного периода и во время грудного вскармливания.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hypoparathyroidism</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>calcitriol</kwd><kwd>therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гипопаратиреоз</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>кальцитриол</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Shoback D.
