There are highlighted issues of epidemiology and transmission. The main methods of preventing listeriosis in pregnant women from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine are given.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре рассматриваются современные данные о диагностике, лечении и профилактике листериоза при беременности. Освещены вопросы эпидемиологии и путей передачи заболевания.
