The frequency of the onset of pregnancy is similar tothat of the therapeutic methods of ovulation induction. At the same time, a lower risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and multiple pregnancies makes drilling more preferable to gonadotropin therapy. Despite the advantages of this method of surgical treatment, the issue of possible complications still remains to be relevant.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Лапароскопический дриллинг яичников в настоящее время считается безопасным и эффективным оперативным методом. Частота наступления беременности аналогична таковой при терапевтических методах индукции овуляции. При этом меньший риск синдрома гиперстимуляции яичников и многоплодной беременности делает дриллинг более предпочтительным, чем терапия гонадотропинами.
