Qualitative and quantitative composition of bacteria detected in the urine was evaluated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследованы образцы клеточного осадка мочи, полученные от 27 женщин репродуктивного возраста с системными заболеваниями и болезнями почек, находящихся на терапии глюкокортикостероидами. Исследование проводили методом количественной полимеразной цепной реакции в режиме реального времени (тест Фемофлор производства НПО «ДНК-Технология», РФ).
